Single family homes, two-to-four family homes, condominiums, cooperative apartments, and vacant land.  Appraising real estate for the purposes of finance, purchase, sale, estate tax, divorce, relocation, and tax adjustment.

• Primary professional territory comprises Westchester and neighboring counties.

• Qualified expert witness in Real Estate Valuation in the Supreme Court of the State of New York.

• Qualified Supervisory Appraiser.

• Served as Chairman, Board of Assessment Review in the Village of Larchmont, NY.

• From 1988 through 2017, engaged in appraising residential real estate throughout Westchester County, NY, for Lane Appraisals Inc., Larchmont NY.

• In 2018, formed Jane Moss Appraisals.
